On January 7, 2010, after an unprecedented snowfall in Speyside, the weight of snow caused several warehouse roofs to collapse. In response, Glenfiddich’s Malt Master carefully selected and married together ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks aged between 13 and 30 years to create a whisky that symbolizes the distillery’s pioneering spirit.

This unique release captures the essence of Glenfiddich’s craftsmanship—rich, complex, and full of character—and stands as a tribute to the legacy of William Grant, who built the distillery in 1886 with his seven sons and two daughters.
