This whisky was matured for 12 years in a 225L French oak cask previously used to age Australian white wine, resulting in a distinctly Australian single malt. The combination of Sullivans Cove's rich single malt spirit with the bright fruit characteristics of Australian white wine gives this whisky a vibrant and complex flavor profile. Bottled at 46.7% ABV, only 327 bottles were produced, with this example being bottle 273.
