Nose: Bright, fresh and vibrant aromas of coconut, bananas and molasses, with hints of vanilla, caramel and a nutty edge. Palate: Flavours of coconut and pineapple upfront, with burnt vanilla and citrus, caramelised banana, marshmallows, charred meats and toasted oak. Finish: Medium length with flavours of toffee apple, charred oak, light spice and coconut.
