Sullivans Cove

Sullivans Cove is Tasmania's most internationally celebrated whisky distillery, and one of Australia's greatest whisky success stories. Established in Hobart in 1994, Sullivans Cove gained worldwide recognition in 2014 when its French Oak Single Cask was named the World's Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards, becoming the first non-Scotch whisky to win the title and putting Australian whisky firmly on the global map. Produced in tiny quantities using traditional pot still methods and the pure waters of Tassie, every Sullivans Cove release is a single cask expression; no blending, no chill-filtration, cask strength and deeply individual. American Oak, French Oak and Double Cask expressions are the flagship releases, while single cask bottlings from specific barrels are released periodically and attract immediate collector interest.
