Sullivans Cove 16 Year Old & Rare American Oak Ex-Bourbon TD0207 is a single cask release, distilled in July 2007 and decanted in March 2024, after 16 years and 7 months of maturation in a 200L American oak ex-bourbon cask. Bottled at 47.6% ABV, this cask produced only 213 bottles, with each one presented in a handmade solid wood presentation box and accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by Head Distiller Heather Tillott.
