Sullivans Cove 21 Year Old 25th Anniversary Edition, released in October 2019, celebrates the distillery's 25th anniversary. At the time of release, it was the oldest official distillery bottling of Australian single malt whisky ever. Distilled in 1997 and matured in four 200L American oak ex-bourbon casks, this whisky was vatted together and bottled at 49.6% ABV. A true piece of liquid history, it is presented in a stunning crystal decanter by Glencairn, with packaging reminiscent of the original Sullivans Cove decanters from the mid-1990s. The bottle comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity, signed by Head Distiller Patrick Maguire and Production Manager Heather Tillott. This is bottle No. 347 of 502 produced.
