The Hibiki 21 Year Old (Older Packaging) is one of the most celebrated Japanese blended whiskies ever produced, representing Suntory’s blending artistry at its peak. Bottled at 43% ABV, this release brings together meticulously selected malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu with grain whisky from Chita, all aged for more than two decades in American oak, sherry casks, and rare Japanese Mizunara oak. This older packaging version is especially collectible, reflecting an era in which age-stated Japanese whisky was more widely available. First introduced under the Hibiki name in 1989 for Suntory’s 90th anniversary, the expression embodies harmony, depth, and refined elegance.
