Crafted exclusively for The Whisky Club, Hellyers Road Vintage Triple Cask is a unique vatting of casks laid down in 2014 (Sherry and Port) and 2016 (American oak and Port), bottled in 2024 at natural colour and non-chill filtered. The 2014 component brings Hellyers Road's signature orange blossom and rich sherry influence, while the 2016 casks contribute Port-driven nuttiness, cigar box spice, and added depth. The nose features marmalade, orange blossom, beeswax, plump sultanas, and nutty nougat, while the palate balances layers of toffee, gingerbread, cinnamon-stewed apricot, fresh berries, and toasty oak. The finish is rich and fruit-driven, with a touch of umami, leading to an elegant white fudge finish. This milestone release celebrates Hellyers Road’s position as one of Tasmania’s pioneering distilleries.
