This Tasmanian single malt was finished in Muscat casks sourced from Seppeltsfield Winery, carefully chosen by Head Distiller Chris Thomson. The result is a whisky layered with syrupy sweetness, rich fruit, and indulgent spice, bottled at 44% ABV.

In 1992, the Lark household became the first Australian distillery in 154 years to produce single malt spirit, marking the rebirth of Tasmanian whisky. What began at Bill and Lyn Lark’s kitchen table evolved into a fully fledged distillery, with the first Lark Single Malt Whisky released in 1998. Today, Lark Distillery operates in the Coal River Valley with a 1,800L wash still and 500L spirit still, producing whisky seven days a week while maintaining a focus on quality and craft.
