The Lark Brokenwood Graveyard Shiraz Rare Cask 2021 is the third release in Lark’s acclaimed Rare Cask Series and one of the distillery’s most sought-after collaborations. Limited to just 505 bottles, this single malt was first matured at Lark’s Coal Valley Distillery and then finished in two casks that previously held Brokenwood’s iconic Graveyard Vineyard Shiraz from the Hunter Valley. Bottled at 51% ABV, it unites Tasmanian single malt richness with the depth, spice, and vibrancy of Australia’s most celebrated shiraz. This particular example is bottle 420 of 505.
