Nose: Gentle maritime peat and sea salt with a hint of lemon zest, baked citrus and passionfruit.

Palate: Sweet vanilla up front with passionfruit and coastal peat smoke, becoming oilier and sootier.

Finish: Tangy, salty and lingering with soft smoke.
