The Nant Port Cask Cask Strength is a rich and complex Tasmanian whisky, aged for over 4 years in a 100L Port-wood single cask. Bottled at natural cask strength in May 2018 with an outturn of just 174 bottles, this whisky offers a golden syrup appearance and a nose full of raisins, red fruits, sultanas, and leather, with subtle hints of liquorice. On the palate, it delivers a mouth-filling experience of buttery caramel, dried cranberries, and cinnamon. The full-bodied mouthfeel continues into a long finish, with lingering flavors of caramel, white chocolate, and booze-soaked raisins. A rare and robust release from Nant Distillery, perfect for whisky collectors.
