Lark Distiller's Selection LD1016 Tasting Notes


Nose: A deeply concentrated and magnificent bouquet highlighting rich maple syrup, dark stewed plums, golden sultanas, sweet vanilla bean, and a soft background wave of polished cedar wood.


Palate: A luxurious, viscous, and full-bodied texture coating the mouth with balanced layers of rich fruitcake, dark chocolate-covered raisins, sweet orange marmalade, cloves, and warm nutmeg.

Finish: An exceptionally long-lasting, grand, and warming conclusion marked by lingering sweet port fruit oils, fine European oak wood tannins, and a final, memorable echo of fine baking spice.
