Highland Park Valfather Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh aromatic notes of crisp green apple, sweet pear, and fragrant heather. Subtle hints of peat smoke and vanilla adding depth and complexity. Palate: Full bodied and rich with flavours of creamy vanilla, ripe apples and pears and honeyed malt with a delicate peat smoke. Finish: Long and clean with lingering notes of sweet malt, light smoke and a gentle smokiness that gradually fades.
