High Coast Cinco is an innovative single malt designed to explore the full spectrum of sherry maturation. Named after the Spanish word for “five,” it is crafted from casks previously seasoned with five distinct styles of sherry: Oloroso, Fino, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado, and Palo Cortado. Initially prepared for an advanced masterclass, select casks were instead married together to create this rare and boundary-pushing expression. Bottled at 50.5% ABV, Cinco combines bold sherry influence with High Coast’s hallmark elegance, making it an exceptional showcase of the distillery’s experimental vision.
