The Lark Monty Cask Release is a rare 2020 limited edition, with only 300 bottles produced this being Bottle No. 65/300. Crafted using a curated blend of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks from Bothwell Distillery (the birthplace of Nant Single Malt Whisky), the whisky was then finished in two pristine Amontillado casks sourced from Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley.

The result is a bright, fruit-driven Tasmanian single malt showcasing orchard fruits, delicate vanilla, soft pastry notes, and the refined complexity of Amontillado oak. Refreshing and expressive, this release offers a vibrant flavour journey reminiscent of Tasmania’s sun-kissed Huon Valley.
