A separate sherry cask release from Nant's archive, bottled undiluted at cask strength. Sherry-matured Nant whisky at full proof was only ever produced in limited runs, and this bottling shows the sherry cask's influence with considerably more weight and concentration than a standard-strength release. Water lets it open up further in the glass, and the whisky rewards taking time over it.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Concentrated sherry sweetness, dried fruit and dark sugar, with noticeable spirit heat.

Palate: Full and intense, sherry-driven with cocoa, dried fruit, and a building peppery spice.

Finish: Long, warming, spice and dark fruit carrying well past the swallow.
