Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a rare combination of three sherry-aged casks: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. Together they give the whisky its dried-fruit richness, while caramel, sweet maltose and tropical accents keep it harmonious and balanced. It is deep scarlet in the glass and bottled at 40% ABV.

What Makes Kavalan Distillery Unique?

Kavalan Distillery is in Yilan, in north-eastern Taiwan. Its whiskies mature in a humid climate, which shapes how the spirit and the cask interact and contributes to the range's tropical fruit character.
