Kavalan Classic is a Taiwanese single malt distilled and matured at the Kavalan Distillery in Yilan and bottled at 40% ABV. It is the entry point to the range and the clearest statement of the house style: fresh and clean, with hints of tropical fruit, and more diversity and complexity than its price suggests.
