The Waubs Harbour PX Sherry Cask sold out at the distillery within minutes. This rich, decadent Tasmanian single malt was initially matured in McWilliams Apera Sherry casks before being finished in a rare 300L Pedro Ximénez cask from Dutschke Wines in the Barossa. The result is a luxurious whisky layered with apple creams, biscuity malt, sticky raisin, and date-like sweetness. Notably, this PX cask was the first ever coopered on-site at Waubs Harbour on the coast of Bicheno, Tasmania.
