The Laphroaig 30 Year Old First Release is one of the most legendary bottlings in the distillery’s history. Distilled in 1967 or earlier, matured for three decades in American white oak casks, and bottled in late 1997 for exclusive release in the US market, this rare expression represents the very first official 30-year-old Laphroaig ever produced. Only 2,400 bottles were released. Bottled at 53.5% ABV and accompanied by its original 1998 purchase receipt, this expression combines exceptional provenance, rarity, and historical significance making it one of the most coveted Laphroaig collectibles ever bottled.
