Distilled on 5 December 1990 during the cool winter season, the grassy Jura new make was first matured for 26 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before spending a further 3 years finishing in an Amoroso Oloroso sherry butt. Bottled at 46.5% ABV, non-chill-filtered, and naturally coloured, this 30-year-old release highlights rich fruit, refined sweetness, and gentle island nuance. Presented in an engraved oak display case, this limited edition—restricted to just 900 bottles worldwide stands as a highly collectible expression of Jura’s vintage craftsmanship.
