Drawn from a single American oak ex-bourbon barrel and bottled at natural cask strength 60.4% ABV this 2017 release was limited to just 312 bottles, all of which sold out shortly after launch. Each bottle includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity and a collector’s A4 landscape print depicting the Tasmanian landmark that inspired the name.
