Amber Lane

Founded in 2017 by Rod Berry and Phil Townsend in the Yarramalong Valley on the NSW Central Coast, Amber Lane is one of Australia's most awarded whisky distilleries. Whisky is matured in larger casks than most Australian producers — 200-litre ex-bourbon barrels from Kentucky and sherry casks from Spain — for longer maturation and greater depth of flavour.
