How to Sell
Register & Verify
To sell with us, you’ll first need to create an account.
All sellers must register as a buyer first and enter valid credit card details. This helps us verify all users and ensures your potential buyers are legitimate.
You’ll also need to agree to our Terms & Conditions. We take bidder authenticity seriously and are committed to protecting our members from fraudulent activity.

Submit Your Lots
Bottles must be submitted at least 7 days before the auction start date. Late entries will be moved to the next auction.
2025 Auction Schedule:

Please note: Dates may change based on bottle submissions.
Once we receive your bottles, they are fully insured under our Whisky Estate insurance policy.
Send Us Your Bottles
To ensure authenticity, we require bottles in our possession for inspection and photography. All bottles are full insured upon arrival and stored in our secure facility in Leichhardt, Sydney. Choose from:
Mail– PO Box 308 Haberfield, NSW 2045
Free Collection – Available for sellers within 20km of Sydney CBD with a
minimum of six bottles.
Set a Reserve Price (Optional)
Protect your investment by setting a minimum sale price. A $5 (incl. GST) fee applies
per lot per auction to set a reserve price.
Recommended reserve price guide:
– Max 75% of retail price (if that bottle is still available in Australia).
– 10% above the last auction hammer price.
Pay the Listing Fee
A $5 (incl. GST) listing fee applies per lot per auction.
Review Your Listing
Your lots will appear in your seller account the week before the auction goes live. You can review your listings and request any changes or updates.
Track Your Auctions
Follow the bidding activity live in your vendor dashboard throughout the auction.
Get Paid
We aim to process seller payments within 21 days of the auction ending (depending on buyer payment completion).
