Single-handedly overturning a century of restrictive distillation laws to ignite the Tasmanian spirits boom, the historic house distinguishes itself through its absolute dedication to local provenance, utilizing pristine local water, premium cool-climate barley, and unique regional peat bogs. Operating out of world-class facilities across the Coal River Valley and Bothwell, the blending team relies heavily on seasoned, small-scale fortified wine and experimental partner casks to forge a rich, oily, and intensely flavor-forward character. Revered as an icon of New World innovation and a dominant force at major global competitions, Lark remains the defining benchmark for premium southern hemisphere distilling.

Please Note: This bottle comes from a private collection.
