Sullivans Cove Cask HH0107 is part of the distillery’s prestigious Old & Rare series—an ultra-limited range showcasing the very oldest and most exceptional single casks. Distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2018, this American Oak single cask matured for a full 18 years in a cask previously used to age bourbon, and was bottled at 47.4% ABV. Only 208 bottles were yielded from this cask, each individually numbered.
The Old & Rare American Oak series is celebrated for its richness, complexity, and depth of character. A previous release from this range was named World’s Best Single Cask Single Malt at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, cementing its reputation as one of the finest cask programs in the industry.
Each bottle is presented in a hand-made solid wood box and accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by Sullivans Cove Head Distiller Heather Tillott.
