Distilled in August 2017 and matured for 7 years in a single 225L French oak ex-Pinot Noir cask, this whisky was decanted in September 2024 and bottled unflocked and unfiltered at 46.1% ABV. Nose: Freshly baked peach cobbler, brandy butter, and redcurrants.
Palate: Creamy and fruit-driven, with peaches, nectarines, orange zest, and cherries layered with toasted oak and soft spice.
