Matured in a combination of 18-year-old American oak ex-bourbon casks and 11-year-old French oak ex-tawny casks, this limited edition Tasmanian single malt marks the 100th batch of Sullivans Cove’s renowned Double Cask series. Bottled at 47.4% ABV and presented in a handmade solid oak box, DC100 is one of the oldest and most historically significant whiskies released by the distillery to date.
