Sullivans Cove Cask TD0234 is a rare single cask release from Australia’s most awarded whisky distillery. Distilled on 18 January 2008 and decanted on 22 June 2023, this expression was matured for over 15 years in a 200L American Oak ex-bourbon cask and bottled at 47.8% ABV. Only 208 bottles were produced, each individually numbered and presented with natural colour and no chill filtration.
