Sullivans Cove 25th Anniversary 21 Year Old is a rare and historic Australian single malt whisky, released in October 2019 to mark the distillery’s 25th anniversary. Distilled in 1997, it became the oldest official bottling of Australian single malt whisky at the time. This limited-edition release was matured in four 200L American oak ex-bourbon casks, then vatted and bottled at 49.6% ABV.

Presented in a crystal Glencairn decanter and housed in packaging inspired by the original Sullivans Cove decanters of the 1990s, each bottle includes a hand-signed certificate of authenticity by Head Distiller Patrick Maguire and Production Manager Heather Tillott.
