Nose: Evocative and transportive, with aromas of peach Bellinis under cherry blossoms, frangipani on a tropical beach, and lemon meringue pie at a garden picnic.
Palate: Luscious layers of caramel, toffee, dulce de leche, marrons glacé, butterscotch, and chocolate Swiss roll, followed by roasted chestnuts, leather, and oak spice.
Finish: Long and evolving, with sugar-glazed pastries, ginger and lemon biscuits, waxed fruit sweets, and a hint of hessian and toffee apple.
