The Lark Wolf Release III is a 2020 limited edition Tasmanian single malt whisky created through a unique collaboration between Lark Distillery and Wolf of the Willows Brewing Co. This release was crafted by filling ex-Lark whisky casks with the Wolf’s Imperial Johnny Smoked Porter, allowing the beer to mature before the casks were returned to Tasmania and refilled with Lark single malt whisky. The result is a bold and adventurous expression that intertwines smoky malt complexity with rich beer-driven flavours. Only 687 bottles were produced, with this being number 261.
