Nose: Blackcurrants, under-ripe raspberries, Tasmanian cranberries, nectarines, mandarin, kiwi, and fresh apple skins.
Palate: Jam, plums, Tasmanian forest fruits, tropical notes, local apples, with rich oiliness and firm tannin.
Finish: Thick, jammy fruits give way to tobacco and a long, pepper-leaf finish. Excellent with roast meats.
