Lark Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished II
Matured in first-fill ex-sherry casks from Cambridge Distillery and finished in a combination of Oloroso and PX sherry butts from Seppeltsfield in South Australia, this second release of Lark’s “Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished” series is bottled at 50.8% ABV. Inspired by iconic sherry-matured whiskies from around the world, this triple sherry cask expression is a bold and complex Tasmanian single malt.

Known for small-batch craftsmanship, local barley, and the use of 100-litre casks, Lark produces rich, flavourful whiskies that showcase Tasmania’s pure water and cool climate. Today, Lark remains one of Australia’s most recognised and awarded single malt producers.
