Highwayman Whisky From Cove to Bay Tasting Notes

Nose: Marzipan and nougat sweetness with hints of hazelnut praline, dark berries and forest fruits, soft earthy mustiness, subtle salty peat, and hints of milk chocolate in the background.

Palate: Balanced flavours of oak spice with tart raspberries, ashy fruit, nut milk chocolate, hazelnut butter, and finishes with cinnamon-spiced blueberry crumble.

Finish: Medium long, with lingering fruit and spice notes with a soft ashy salty peat.
