Heartwood Heart of Darkness
A striking cask-strength single-cask release from Tasmania, Heart of Darkness was distilled at Lark and bottled by Heartwood. Drawn from Oloroso sherry cask LD567, it was filled with peated spirit in August 2009 and bottled in September 2017, yielding just 260 bottles. A powerful, collectible Heartwood that captures the meeting of rich sherry oak and smoky Tasmanian malt.
