Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest Limited Edition
Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest is a lush and herbaceous limited edition, notable as the distillery’s first whisky crafted from barley kilned with woodland botanicals. Dr Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, revived the ancient method of using botanicals in the kilning process, selecting juniper berries, birch bark, and heather flowers to shape this unique expression. Matured in bourbon casks, including a high proportion of refill casks, the result is a whisky that captures the essence of the forest in both aroma and flavour. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is presented in packaging illustrated by artist Pomme Chan, whose fantastical designs celebrate the whisky’s woodland character.
