Master Distiller Billy Walker handpicked wine barriques from Languedoc, Recioto Della Valpolicella, and two Premier Cru Classé Bordeaux estates, creating a complex cuvée of fruit, spice, and sweetness. As with all GlenAllachie releases, it is non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
