GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Oak
Finished in Hungarian virgin oak casks from the Zemplén forest and bottled at 48% ABV, GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Oak is part of Batch 3 in the Virgin Oak Series. This limited release showcases a rare cask type Quercus Petraea, selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker for its tight grain and complex maturation characteristics. The casks were medium-toasted and charred, contributing unique spice and depth to the Speyside malt.
