Distilled from Scottish barley and bottled at a formidable 58.7% ABV, this 2018 release was matured for 8 years, with a unique cask composition: 20% spent its entire life in virgin oak casks, while the remaining 80% was first aged in first-fill bourbon barrels before being finished in virgin oak casks previously seasoned with Octomore 07.4.
