Palate: Starts smooth, gradually intensifying with flavours of sweet, ripe melon and pineapple, gentle spice, and a pleasant oak edge.
Finish: The peat becomes more prominent on the exhale, taking on an ashy, earthy character, while the sweet fruit flavours linger, joined by a surprising note of watermelon. A lasting finish.
