Delivery within Australia
Whisky Estate ships to all Australian locations covered by the Australia Post network. Orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales, within 5 days of receiving full payment.
If express shipping isn’t selected, all orders will be delivered via standard Australian Post shipping.
Due to liquor licensing restrictions, delivery to PO boxes and parcel Lockers is not available. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, and packages will not be left unattended. An adult over the age of 18 must be present to accept the delivery.
Purchases over $300 AUD qualify for free shipping within most Australian cities. If you opt for express shipping with this offer, a flat fee of $10 AUD will apply.
**Delivery is not available to any postcodes within the Northern Territory.
In line with our commitment to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and as a signatory of Retail Drinks Australia’s Online Code of Conduct, there are several postcodes in Australia to which we do not deliver under any circumstances.

Same Day Delivery within Sydney Metro
We provide same-day delivery to Sydney Metro areas for a flat fee of $25 for orders of $200 or more, which includes insurance. Our delivery service is available from 10 AM to 10 PM. To ensure same-day delivery, please place your order by 1 PM. Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the following day.

Whisky Estate can deliver to the countries below through EMS / Australia Post network. If preferred, DHL deliveries can be arranged by emailing us at info@whisky.estate, though they will incur higher costs compared to the EMS/Australia Post network.
Whisky Estate ships to the following countries:
Belgium, China, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
For other countries, contact info@whisky.estate for bottle limits, shipping, and insurance details.
The customer is wholly responsible for all local customs and import duties and taxes attaching to the goods shipped. The customer warrants and represents to Whisky Estate that there are no import restrictions applying to our goods and that all such goods shipped to the customer are being legally imported to the customer’s local market, tax and duty paid. The customer shall indemnify Whisky Estate from and against the costs of any claim against Whisky Estate arising from a breach of the customer’s warranty as stated above.
Goods are sent entirely at the customer’s own risk as we are unable to guarantee safe delivery. Insurance is recommended to be purchased at an additional charge and should be requested at the time of order. We take no responsibility for bottles returned to us or destroyed by your country’s customs if packages are not cleared from your local customs.
Deliveries of alcohol must be accepted by an individual who meets the legal drinking age in the receiving country.
Overseas deliveries require a lead-time of 10-15 working days from dispatch for all orders. If you have not received your goods within 21 days, please contact us at info@whisky.estate.
Insurance
At Whisky Estate, we prioritise the careful packing of your whisky bottles.
However, once the package leaves our premises, we are no longer liable for it, as it is then in the hands of the courier company. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing insurance.
Insurance costs for packages within Australia is 2.5% of the Item price
If you don’t purchase Extra Cover and your item is lost or damaged while in Australian Posts care, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $100 AUD
Insurance for international packages will be 4% of the product price.
It is recommended to email info@whisky.estate for confirmation on insurances before ordering.
