Matured for 17 years in a second-fill 300-litre American oak cask previously used for an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove, this Old & Rare single cask release (TD0101) was filled in May 2005 and decanted in June 2023. Yielding just 384 bottles at 47.5% ABV, it is among the oldest Australian single malts ever released. Each bottle is presented in a handmade solid oak box and includes a signed letter of authenticity, marking this as a true collector’s piece.
