Lark Monty Cask Release Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh apples, apricots and peaches, with a hint of sugar-dipped custard donuts and fresh apple pie.
Palate: Apple strudel with puff pastry and vanilla coat the palate. Honey and more stone fruits mingle with fairy floss and fresh Tasmanian apple juice.
Finish: A long, lifted fruit bowl of a finish. Refreshing!
